We Emphasize Customer Service! Our objective is to provide the best customer service in the industry to our residents. We achieve this through building design and superior staff training. Our entire staff is trained in every area of service, and continue with extensive training in their specific area. All staff receives ongoing training through monthly seminars. The emphasis throughout all of the training is to make residents completely satisfied every day. The nursing, kitchen, lifestyle and administrative staff is available to residents on the weekends when most other communities decrease their staffing to just nursing and kitchen staff. We believe in the continuity of services seven days-a-week. Our residents will also be offered our unique Heritage Concierge Services and Heritage Dining Service. We are the only assisted living community in the area offering these services. |
