OUR PHILOSOPHY

Heritage Management believes in designing a building that is senior-friendly and feels like a home. Residents should not feel as though they are giving up their independence, even though they now require more assistance. We design every amenity that we can into the building to allow the residents more choices in their lifestyle.

We Emphasize Customer Service!

Our objective is to provide the best customer service in the industry to our residents. We achieve this through building design and superior staff training. Our entire staff is trained in every area of service, and continue with extensive training in their specific area. All staff receives ongoing training through monthly seminars. The emphasis throughout all of the training is to make residents completely satisfied every day.

The nursing, kitchen, lifestyle and administrative staff is available to residents on the weekends when most other communities decrease their staffing to just nursing and kitchen staff. We believe in the continuity of services seven days-a-week.

Our residents will also be offered our unique Heritage Concierge Services and Heritage Dining Service. We are the only assisted living community in the area offering these services.

Heritage Concierge Services are convenient, comprehensive, and courteous. We will have a dedicated staff person committed to:

• provide assistance to schedule moving;
• provide assistance to disconnect and reconnect household services
• making sure a clean, spotless new home is provided
• provide a complimentary interior design consultation
• provide a personal concierge service such as scheduling appointments and transportation

The Heritage Dining Service is about lifestyle and choice. We offer restaurant-style dining with an Executive Chef that offers choices of entrées. A dietician works to accommodate individual dietary needs, and a Maitre d’ will handle dining room service for the noon and evening meals.




 

Management

DAVID L. UNDERWOOD
         Mr. Underwood is a principal and co-founder of Heritage Management. A licensed real estate broker, Underwood draws on his commercial real estate experience to oversee the development of assisted living facilities. Underwood is an original founder of the The Real Estate Brokerage Company, and has been its owner and president for the past 17 years. In addition to his work with Heritage Management, Underwood’s accomplishments include nearly $80 million dollars in office, retail and land development.

FARHAN KHAN
         Mr. Khan is a principal and co-founder. A graduate in architecture from the University of Nebraska, Khan has spent his professional life in construction and development. In addition to his work with Heritage Management, Khan has developed and built over $50 million dollars in office buildings, townhouses, private homes and senior housing.

NATE UNDERWOOD
         Mr. Underwood is a principal. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Underwood has been with Heritage Management for three years, gaining experience in both the development and construction of senior housing.

JASON LANGE
         Mr. Lange is a principal. A national Certified Assisted Living Administrator, Lange has been involved in the development and management of over 750 assisted living units as well as the acquisition of over 600 units of senior housing.
